座落於澎湖白沙鄉的海濱禮物
愛建築的男主人在人生 一無所有時遇見熱愛音樂與 畫畫的女主人， 兩人相遇、相愛、相知、相惜;女主人為 了愛情支持男主人的夢想，放棄了自我的理想並辭去穩定 的公務員生涯，協助男主人發展民宿事業，拾餘年來不辭 辛勞，不離不棄;男主人為了感謝女主人的付出，於是設 計了這棟建築，並做為女主人的50歲生日禮物，將兩人婚 禮的主題曲為這棟建築的名稱，取名「彩虹下的約定」以 見證兩人永恆不逾的愛情。

數年之後，我們將浪漫的半日閑以新的風貌重新詮釋，在熱鬧的市井 中更貼近生活。我們希望到訪的朋友們在這裡可以享受片刻小自由的時光，在早晨享受一晌悠閒或在午後舒適地與朋友享用一頓美食。在這個 空間您可以停下自己的心，讓自己比平常的生活再放慢一點。

Carrying forward the original vision of 23.5 Blue B&B, Leisure Time began in the summer of 2015 with a simple dream: to create a place of comfort and rest, starting from the very first handmade dessert.
We hope that every guest who visits can slow their pace, pause here for a while, and embrace a sense of romance at Leisure Time.
Here, you may spend a beautiful afternoon reading at ease,
or sit beneath the trees and listen to the sound of the sea,
